Job Description

Global Specialty Fulfillment is looking for a Senior Program Manager with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects for our physical retail pickup business. Robust understanding of Fulfillment Operations including order fulfillment, inventory flows, constrained FC assets (capacity and labor), quality, and long term roadmaps will help develop new innovations for tradeoffs within complex ultra-fast operations. This role requires scoping large projects, managing to project timelines, and communicating to senior management on status, risks, and process/product changes. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This role is located in Seattle.

Responsibilities include:

* Design and model new operations processes for developing business needs to prove quality, cost, and scalability goals as critical outputs.
* Gathering and analyzing data across order fulfillment functions to establish global standards for operations and in partnership with cross functional teams.
* Building strong partnership with operations field leaders to understand improvement opportunities
* Analyze and solve operational barriers with a focus on understanding root causes and driving forward opportunities
* Managing cross-functional project teams, planning and organizing, and executing complex projects across multiple organizations and stakeholders to enable the launch of new projects and processes
* Innovate to improve customer experience and continuously remove cost from our fulfillment network
* Design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of the business

A successful candidate will also demonstrate:

* High attention to detail including proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
* Willingness to challenge and influence big leaders
* Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
