Responsibilities:

Oversee all important transformational and operational workstreams related to cloud access and network security business to help it reach its strategic and performance objectives

Duties:

* Scopes transformation and operational projects into clear and measurable targets that support the business unit's overall strategic and performance targets
* Creates work breakdown structures and project plans with workstream responsible leaders, and coaches the workstream leaders in organizing the work
* Facilitates and supports workshops and brainstorming meetings where required, coaches workstream participants in effective meeting practices
* Prepares project summaries to VP, BU leadership team and company management team progress reviews
* Maintains view to the progress and risks associated with key projects and deliverables
* Supports BU VP in preparations for operationsl reviews, portfolio review and other business planning activities as required

Skills and Qualifications:

* 5-10 years of experience on complex program management, certification preferred
* Experience with financial modeling and business analysis
* Great facilitation and presentation skills at senior levels
* Ability to deal with complexity, lead cross-functionally, motivate and manage performance
