The Global Talent Acquisition Program team builds programs and tech solutions to help Amazon recruiting teams worldwide to find diverse, bar-raising and talented people. We are looking for a scale-focused and customer-obsessed Sr Program Manager to lead the delivery of programs that improve the usability and adoption of Amazon Recruiting's launch of Candidate Relationship Management software and programs to improve our candidate, recruiter, and hiring manager recruiting experience.

In this role, the Sr Program Manager will own the programs delivery of major programs and serve as the primary contact for our internal partners including recruiting technology teams, recruiting leaders and PMs, and, recruiters worldwide. You have the ability to juggle many moving pieces and work masterfully across stakeholder groups. Intellectual curiosity and high judgment are a must. Close partnership with leaders and organizations outside of your immediate team will be necessary as you will compile insights and make recommendations that will inform programs and products for global recruiting teams and that will influence decisions at a senior level.

You will be responsible for:

* Creating a comprehensive program to drive adoption and compliance across recruiters worldwide of the new recruiting software
* Developing, executing, and managing the end-to-end user feedback and adoption process. Lead communication, training, and change management efforts
* Developing a feature request/system change in-take process and manage the priority, communication of, and process of change management
* Managing the ongoing design and enhancement of the system while remaining compliant with both legislative and Amazon policy
* Creating and implement the strategy for user adoption of the platform and the ongoing optimization and enhancement of the tool and the workflows it drives
* Working on scaling mechanisms to help ensure we operate at the highest bar from a people and execution perspective
* Addressing barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders
* Managing program goals and related metrics, track progress and manage through obstacles to achieve your objectives
* Communicating performance, articulating root-cause analysis and linking to specific improvement areas
