The Program Manager on the Worldwide Amazon Logistics Learning & Talent Development (WW AMZL L&TD) team will:
* Manage projects, utilizing internal and external resources, to be implemented across AMZL WW * Identify new technologies, suppliers, and external partners to address critical business needs * Drive execution of vision and goals for the team * Coordinate program design and launch within schedule and budget constraints * Contribute to the strategy of the training program * Engage with leaders to prioritize high impact L&TD investments for the organization * Identify and tackle significantly complex problems * Effectively manage stakeholders from Operations, HR, Recruiting, and other support groups * Bring strategic business context to decisions made across groups * Prioritize competing projects across the entire company * Drive accountability for program results network wide
