Job Duties:
The Enterprise Systems IAM Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for planning and coordinating the delivery of solutions service delivery, project tracking/coordination for CoreLogic's Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services
This individual is accountable to collaborate with onshore/offshore teams to drive execution of key IAM initiatives and maintain a thorough understanding of all the work included in scope tasks and processes
The ideal candidate will have experience in traditional project management principles and practices with strong knowledge of Identity and Access Management processes.
* Proven track record of success with:
* Project management and understanding the project management lifecycle
* Developing detailed project plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
* Deliver reporting and metrics to demonstrate volume, value and trending of project activities
* System analysis and writing business and functional specifications
* Identifying and quantifying issues and risks
* Managing multiple medium to large projects with complex interdependencies
* Excellent interpersonal communication skills; strong verbal and written communicator.
* Strong collaborative skills with an ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and non-technical business users
* Ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Ability to work with and influence remote personnel
* Support the collaborative team environment by partnering with other staff to meet all deliverables.
* Strong organizational & time management skills; self-motivated and reliable; driven to hit performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
* Multi-tasker with strong organization and prioritization skills.
Job Requirements
Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills
* 8+ years of project and program management experience.
* Experience supporting multi-function project teams with at least 10-15 team members in offshore / on-site model including Product Owners, Software Engineers and QA Engineers
* Prior experience with IAM projects leading initiatives around identity & access management and entitlement management
* Experience in managing and executing in both waterfall and agile SDLC
* Proficiency with MS project and experience with collaborative application development platforms like JIRA, Team forge
* system analysis and writing business and functional specifications
* Identifying and quantifying issues and risks
* Managing multiple projects or large projects with complex inter dependencies.
* Developing and managing project budgets and understanding of software capitalization.
* Facilitating meetings with complex, cross functional and distributed teams.
* Knowledge of regulatory compliance (SOX, PCI, etc.)
* High level knowledge and exposure with various ID administration processes for platforms (Windows) and Operating Systems (Windows, or Unix/Linux), Databases (Oracle, SQL etc.), SSO, LDA
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
* PMP certification (this is a plus)
