What You'll Work On:

Fitbit's design organization is dedicated to envisioning and crafting products and experiences that are the most intelligent, beautiful and engaging way for people to succeed in their health and fitness journeys. We are reinventing the way we engage with our users across devices, software and experiences.

In this Product Design role, you will play a critical role in redefining how we attract, retain and engage users throughout their journey with Fitbit. We are looking for a talented storyteller and critical thinker who has a strong human-centered design process and the desire to learn and collaborate both within design and cross-functionally throughout Fitbit.

Required Skills:

* Minimum 3 years professional design experience shipping iOS and/or Android products
* Proven ability to solve problems and design elegant solutions at a systems level
* Experience in user-centered design methods, exploration, storytelling and detailed interaction design
* Empathetic and inquisitive nature
* A burning desire to solve problems ranging from big picture strategy to the fine details
* A positive attitude, open mind, and a desire to collaborate and learn
* Prototyping skills
* Passion for Fitbit's mission to make the world a healthier place
