Job Description

The candidate will implement the industrial security program in compliance with National Industrial Security Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD 5205.07 Manuals, DoD Manual 5105.21-M-1, Intelligence Community Directive 705, Contract Security Classification Specification (DD254), and Security Classification Guide(s).

The candidate will be responsible for multiple contractual program efforts. Duties will include; but are not limited to, providing day-to-day support to the management and technical staff; writing Standard Operating Procedures; conducting annual self-inspections; submitting personnel for access; maintaining personnel security records; conducting initial and annual refresher training; performing termination debriefs; maintaining document control accountability; completing Fixed Facility Checklists/TEMPEST addendum; performing security violation investigations; transferring classified material; submitting foreign travel notifications; and sending visit authorization notifications.

Basic Qualifications:

The candidate must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently; be customer service oriented; possess strong written and verbal communications skills; have strong organizational skills, and the ability to interpret government security policies and apply them to program operations.

Position requires current active security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior industrial security experience preferably within the DoD SAP environment. Experience supporting program security operations in a SCI or SAP environment as well. Thorough working knowledge of the NISPOM, DoD 5205.07 Manuals, M-1 Manual, ICD 705, or similar government security guidelines.
