Job Description:

The Raytheon IIS Hardware and Infrastructure (HW&I) Engineering team has a professional opening for an Infrastructure Architect to support the development of requirements and architecture for a Security Operations Center (SOC) and associated cybersecurity labs, such as those for malware, forensics, and quality. In addition, this position will support requirements and architecture development for a cyber-range to be used for cyberwarfare training and cyber technology development. The ideal candidates for this position will be familiar with IT infrastructure service design, enterprise information system monitoring, and cybersecurity assessment and defense tools.

Required Skills:

* Must be a US Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance.
* Experience developing and decomposing infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements, including traceability matrices
* Experience developing infrastructure service delivery architectures based on requirements, with a heavy emphasis on the cybersecurity elements of the system
* Familiarity with SOC design and operations
* In-depth knowledge of current cybersecurity tools and best practices, including enterprise management/monitoring solutions
* Familiarity with mainstream COTS infrastructure hardware and software vendors and products

Desired Skills:

* Enterprise architecture certification (DoDAF, TOGAF, or similar)
* Experience with requirements management tools such as DOORS
* Experience with requirements verification methods and testing
* Ability to perform vendor product trade studies and provide product recommendations based on results

Required Education:

Requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 10 years of related work experience.
