Overview

The Sr PeopleSoft Systems Analyst has advanced knowledge of the functions and applications of information systems. The Senior PeopleSoft Systems Analyst should be able to complete moderately complex tasks and large or multiple projects with minimal direction. The position is responsible for implementing and supporting HCM, financial, technical and administrative systems, participating actively in development work groups, performing project management functions and mentoring team members.

Responsibilities Analyze, build and modify HCM, financial, technical and administrative systems. Perform day-to-day project management of the software implementation, maintenance and support process with minimal direction. Perform workflow or process analysis, document and make recommendations on solutions. Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members and mentor staff to promote staff development. Participate in high level project meetings in the absence of the Lead Systems Analyst Participate in design, validation and QA testing procedures prior to implementation of software applications. Recommend areas for process improvement or workflow optimization. Provide system support including testing, trouble shooting, and software maintenance. Provide support to users during scheduled and unscheduled downtime periods. Assist users with the management of clinical, financial and administrative data. Participate in training sessions as required. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Lift a minimum of 20 lbs., push and pull a minimum of 20 lbs. and stand a minimum of 4 hours a day. Adhere to the standards identified in the Medical Center's Organizational Competencies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or applicable Certification in the area of Information Technology or Healthcare PeopleSoft Developer experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Benefits, Benefits Admin, Absence Management, Payroll, Time & Labor and Self Service applications. Experience with PeopleTools 8.4x and 8.5x is required Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker, People Code, AE, CI, Grids, Pages, Work centers and AWE. Strong People Code, App Packages, App Designer and web services knowledge is required. Solid experience and knowledge of Time and Labor module (configuration through transactional processing) Solid experience using Fluid and developing templates for mobile devices version 9.2 Solid experience developing reports and queries and XML Publisher Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong analytical and technical aptitude skills Excellent oral and written communication skills
