SUMMARY

The Senior Peloton Specialist is responsible for providing application support and administration of Peloton systems. This position is accountable for working with cross-functional operations teams to gain alignment of system governance. They are responsible for system utilization effectiveness within the Peloton system applications. Assists in execution of initiatives in response to business change requirements, coordinates small projects, and provides support with system implementations and upgrades. Responsible for leading process improvement initiatives, applying lean methodologies, promoting effective system utilization, and proficiently managing user adoption and change management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Provide primary application support and guidance in effective utilization of WellView and SiteView; Evaluate, test, and deploy vendor software upgrades and assist with piloting as directed by the Peloton Lead; Drive understanding and use of system features and functions currently available but not in use within the Peloton department; Implement application request changes, build complex queries, report and troubleshoot application and data issues; Define and document business definitions of critical data fields within the application as well as UDL and Batch server modifications; Identifies business and process gaps and provides solution support as directed by the Peloton Lead; Monitor system integrations, assist with business process standardization; Provide assistance around data governance initiatives and assist with testing automated data audit processes; Work with technical resources to enhance system functionality, KPI monitoring, and BI reporting; Create training manuals/SOPs, conduct new user training and user refresher training; Provide well data entry training and perform quality control audits as needed; Ensures consistent, accurate information is being entered in the systems, and provide assistance in setting system standards; Implement audit rules and requirements, and ensure data entry compliance; Conduct analysis of critical business information, correct data anomalies, and mitigate future discrepancies; Provide data quality control and validation guidance of historical electronic well files; Create system reports and queries for operational groups; Coordinate the exchange of information between PDC applications and external entities (new acquisitions and divestitures); Minor project management on critical and non-critical system modifications for Operations Technology and Process Management or Business Unit requests; Manage new user system setup, field computer configuration for corporate and field personnel, and monitor application performance; Systems and data entry support for corporate and field personnel; General analysis and technical support for Operations Technology and Process management projects and system implementations; Demonstrate commitment to safety and environmental compliance in all job aspects.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

The minimum level of education, experience, and certifications required to perform the job.

Bachelor's degree or technical degree required; 5-7 years of Oil & Gas industry experience preferred.
