Job Description:

The Security Awareness Analyst supports the Global Security Organization's global outreach and educational efforts, with a particular focus on providing project support, mitigating behavior-driven risks, coordinating events and remote programs, and creating, disseminating and monitoring communications materials.

This entry-level role is ideal for a creative, high-energy, collaborative and curious individual who has an interest in cyber and physical security, compliance and privacy.

The Analyst will help build associate engagement in security matters by generating compelling content for associates, and other stakeholders, using multiple print, online channels and events.

The Analyst works with individuals across the company, up to and including executives, to understand business goals and related communications needs, and then develop appropriate deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

The Analyst will monitor and identify the top human risks to our organization and the behaviors we need to change to mitigate those risks. Develop, manage and implement a positive security awareness program, which focuses on changing behaviors both at work and at home. Lead the creation and procurement of awareness deliverables and learning content, leveraging various channels for effective delivery in our global organization, measures the usage of the content and its effectiveness, and develops metrics.

Responsibilities

* Assist with preparing event materials including presentations, briefing materials and other collateral for speaking engagements, meetings and conferences as needed;
* Generates content for internal communications channels, and coordinates design so that words and graphics work together seamlessly to create powerful and persuasive messaging, that connects the audience with the goals of the organization.
* Stays current on company and industry information, current events, pop culture and trending topics and technologies in order to create timely, relevant collateral that gains employee attention.
* Proactively reaches out to internal SMEs to obtain relevant information.
* Uses wide variety of mediums to communicate information, including but not limited to email, PowerPoint, blogs, social media, video scripts, newsletters, events, brochures, posters, etc.
* Helps maintain and update general security information found on intranet and company website
* Helps draft and disseminate communications materials for the Global Security Organization's social media channels, website, internal portal and email lists;
* Ability to actively monitor, moderate, engage and stimulate online collaboration and learning forums
* Works with executive-level leaders to write internal announcements; emails; presentations; reports; speeches; press releases; and other professional copy.
* Perform other job related tasks as assigned.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

* · Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, graphic design, public relations, journalism or related field preferred.
* One to two years' professional experience strongly preferred
* Strong English-language communications skills and organizational skills with careful attention to detail, fact checking, spelling and grammar
* Experience preparing and presenting content leveraging various multimedia formats (social media, video, presentations, computer-based training, print, etc.)
* Excellent visualization skills where you can move complex concepts to visual representations in a quick, modern, engaging manner. Demonstrated ability to communicate complicated and/or technical information in a simple, straightforward manner.
* Strong social media skills, including content creation across various platforms
* Comfortable liaising with a variety of audiences while representing the Global Security Organization in a professional and culturally sensitive manner;
* Must be comfortable working in a team and taking direction from multiple staff, and have the ability to work independently and take initiative;
* Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint; advanced PowerPoint skills required; and Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop
* Ability to package content creatively, using photos, illustrations, charts and graphs, infographics and more.
* Produce quality work at a fast pace while concurrently handling multiple tasks with minimal direction.
* Ability to look for new, sometimes unconventional approaches to achieving communications and engagement goals.
* Knowledge of HTML, interest in web-design, InDesign or other design program is preferred
