The Sr. Multi-Disciplined Engineer II will have software development experience as well as test hardware experience and robot automation experience utilizing both hardware and software and will work in a team environment on behalf of the Hardware Engineering Center (HWEC) Antenna Core Products Department supporting multiple production programs and new test software development efforts. The engineer will be responsible for the design, development, and integration of software solutions utilizing test systems hardware for RF test engineering applications and automation applications. Solutions include engineering lab software, circulator production software, hardware, and automation, and production/factory test for microwave modules and AESAs.
Required Skills:
Technical Minimum 8 yrs. experience
Automated Test Equipment (ATE) development
Robotic automation experience with both hardware and software
Language skills: C, C#, C++, Visual Basic, .NET
Operating Systems: Windows
Objected Oriented tool development experience
Networking and Interfaces development to hardware
Experience with Configuration Management tools
RF Test Hardware (Network Analyzers)
U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.
U.S. Citizenship and ability to access US only data systems.
Desired Skills:
Synergy CM tool
RF measurements including PC (GPIB/LAN) controlled test equipment
Experience with the Software Process
Experience with Microsoft Office applications
Omron ACE V+ experience
Vision software experience (Matrox, Omron, Cognex)
Soft Skills:
Ability to work independently and manage priorities on multiple tasks
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
