Job Purpose: This position is responsible for managing the central pool of resources across technologies and platforms, processing resource requests, and coordinating schedule of resources (employee and contractor) to meet business needs.

Required Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor Degree and 4 years Information Technology experience OR Technical Certification and/or College Courses and 6 year Information Technology experience OR 8 years Information Technology experience.
* Management and/or leadership experience. *Experience leading onshore and offshore teams.*Vendor management experience.*Demonstrated experience managing large teams.*Budget management experience.*Analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel.
* Resource planning and forecasting tools.
* Experience in application development platforms.
* Experience in cloud computing / SaaS.
* Experience in mobile & web technologies.
* Experience in data center platforms (servers, storage).
* Experience in end user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile).
* Customer relationship management.
* Oral & written communications.
* Time management / prioritization.

Preferred Job Qualifications:

* SDLC Methodology - Agile / Scrum / Iterative Development.
* Business case development.
* Application domain knowledge.
