We are looking for a stellar Product Marketer to help define and grow Classy’s reputation with small business and mid market nonprofits through product strategy, marketing, and sales materials. You’ll support 100% annual revenue growth and help drive up Net Promoter Scores for this segment through thoughtful insights, helpful content, and collaborations with teams across the company.


**This role is located in our San Diego, CA HQ office**


About the role:

In this role you’ll…

  • Establish and refine customer insights, product differentiators, and messaging for small and midsize organizations. And use that info to create helpful materials across the customer journey
  • Create a content strategy, deliver and constantly refine relevant content on our website 
  • Plan and execute product launches across the organization to increase leads
  • Create interesting and informative content to host several webinars, contribute to our blog, and speak at multiple conferences per year
  • Create thought-leadership material for white papers, campaign elements, presentations, and webinars to generate new leads
  • Build an ROI tool and sales materials based on customer success to generate new leads and help close more sales
  • Compile and assimilate customer, competitive, and industry insights, and partner with product management to create business cases and requirements for new products and features
  • Contribute to better company wide understanding of small and midsize nonprofit customer needs and desires


About you:

  • 6-10 years experience in Product Marketing
  • 3-5 years experience in marketing to small and midsize companies
  • Preferably 3-5 years experience with fundraising, working with a foundation-related team, or engaged in a similar role that gave you deep knowledge of market trends and customer needs of nonprofit fundraisers
  • 2-3 years management experience
