We're looking for a seasoned leader with solid experience in Gaming in either Production, Design or Engineering looking for new challenges in enabling and supporting the next generation of top developers get to the next level of success on the Roblox platform. You have had successes in gaming under your belt and now looking to be a leader for a team which works with the best of the best on Roblox.

You Are:

* Love entrepreneurship and can't wait to share your learnings with other fledgling entrepreneurs
* Experienced with 7+ years of industry experience

You Will:

* Lead and empower the Top Developer Team which oversees the Accelerator program, Roblox Developer Conference content, Meta LiveOps, Community Feature requests, Top Dev Analytics and Systems teams
* Own and nurture the relationship with key developers on the Roblox Platform
* Monitor developer satisfaction and drive the resolution of critical Top Developer issues
* Advocate for the needs of developers with product and engineering
