We are looking for an enthusiastic and hands-on IT Analyst to join our team focused on supporting the delivery on vendor strategy for the global GTO enterprise. Expected to deliver value through GTO tool optimization and by building win/win partnerships between Mattel Stakeholders and its vendor portfolio.

* Support the delivery on GTO's Vendor strategy to overhaul and significantly reduce IT vendor list across Mattel to build strategic, win/win partnerships and reduce tail spend
* Manage global software renewals process pro-actively working with software VAR's
* Provide data to support maintenance renewals, usage forecasts, budgeting, and other decision support and governance activities
* Support the ongoing maintenance for Software Asset Management (SAM) tool for the enterprise
* Assist in monitoring expected savings through the contract lifecycle to identify and plug any savings leakage
* Partner with GTO, procurement, Finance teams and vendors to streamline and facilitate purchasing process for all GTO purchases
* Help in resolving vendor payment issues working with procurement and Accounts Payable teams
* Assist on day to day requests from end-users to fulfill software licensing needs and answer queries
