The IT Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for communicating with department leaders to gather business requirements in order to recommend solutions to help the organizations achieve its goals.
* Work directly with business SMEs to determine business needs and opportunities to provide technical business improvements * Understanding the needs of multiple stakeholders * Facilitating the negotiation of requirements amongst multiple stakeholders * Identifying the current- and future-state business processes * Helping the business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future. * Design solutions, tools and policies to meet dynamic business requirements across the organization and third parties * Validate proposed solutions and ensure they meet internal standards * Define and document system requirements utilizing process flows, uses cases and other methods * Implement processes and procedures for strategic business requirements * Provide IT change management, training, and communication to the user community in order to effectively use tools and systems * Create system and regression test plans to aid in solution implementation and upgrade efforts * Work with 3rd party managed services to provide additional breadth to IT delivery capabilities
* 5-10 years related work experience * Broad knowledge of computer systems and web based services * Hands-on experience gathering and writing requirements for business applications is required * Demonstrated ability to organize information, manage tasks and projects to support business needs * Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with intermediate levels of management (senior management through end users) * Ability to flexibly accept dynamically changing priorities * Microsoft Dynamics CRM experience preferred * SharePoint experience preferred
