Your responsibilities Will lead the management, planning, analysis, and implementation of information servicesacross the Company. Corporate Cutover management function will include the following key responsibilities: - for corporate business functions/ departmental readiness for business cutover- for ensuring a business cutover plan which will help realize minnimal impact overall business Key Accountabilities:

* Definition and development of enterprise-wide IT project/program management practices,governance standards, processes and metrics
* Responsible for business function readiness within the corporate functions. Corporate functions involve Sales and Customer Service, Procurement and Mill Readiness, Forecasting and Finance
* Partnering with program team to help various stakeholder and end user groups within corporate function to ensure all their business issues are recognized, logged, analyzed, evaluated and mitigated. Responsible for end user support for corporate function
* Responsible for corporate function SMEs to manage end user support requirements and support realizing the program support model
* Develop metrics dashboards to provide leadership and end-users with meaningful readiness metrics and status reports
* Champion the business cutover approach to minimize impacts to customers, mills and internal operations. Cultivating relationships with primary customers and stakeholders; appropriately managing stakeholder expectations and buy-in
* Working with business leadership, IT and other key stakeholders to prepare businesscase justifications for proposed initiatives
* Partnering with IT and business leadership and other key stakeholders to defineopportunities, identify and prioritize initiatives based on predefined criteria
* Providing project management leadership for strategic initiatives as assigned whichincludes the development of project plans, coordinating activities of the project teams,managing and facilitating project meetings and work sessions, providing financial and operational analysis, maintaining appropriate project documentation, overseeing training and project reporting
* Ensuring Corporate projects are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner
* Incorporating effective change, budgets, issues, deliverables, timelines, scope and risk management controls
* Leading and facilitating design sessions between Business Users and Developers/Technical Architects
* Developing project-related management and business documents
* Manage the requirements development, analysis and design, documentation, testing, training and implementation of IT solutions in support of business processes
* Ensuring projects / programs are defined, tracked and communicated in a consistent and effective manner
* Conducting, documenting and participating in testing and training of systems
* Documenting business process modifications and working cooperatively with Business Users to train and implement change
* Other duties as assigned

Your profile Minimum Requirements:

* Practical experience of 3+ years of project work either as Project Manager or Business Analyst
* Experience documenting various business processes and system requirements
* Must have strong technical and business aptitude and ability to demonstrate a strong work ethic
* Must have experience translating high-level business requirements into detailed functional/technical specifications; working knowledge of UML a plus
* Experience with Enterprise Applications (ERP)

Preferred Requirements:

* Four year degree in related field
