Sr. IAM Software Engineer

We are currently seeking an Identity and Access Management expert to support Audit and compliance. This position is to work directly with Capital One to proactively assess Audit and compliance gaps and improvements, assess IAM policies and procedures, document and develop overall IAM strategy, identify and address internal process or access control issues, and implement/deploy IAM solutions that support Audit and facilitate business operations.

You Will:

* Support IAM production Platform with Life cycle events (Joiner, Mover & Leaver)
* Support Various Certifications (Manager, Role and Entitlements Certs)
* Write and troubleshooting rules, workflows, and custom connectors
* Assist with unique and complex security access requests
* Analyze potential security access threat notifications and escalate as necessary
* Work in monitoring, troubleshooting, and providing problem resolution of Privileged Account Management service and related incidents
* Assist in documenting and maintaining effective internal IAM control processes and procedures
* Prepare reports and artifacts for internal and external audits
* Automate process to identify access discrepancies and remediate the issues
* Demonstrate Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting and communication skills

Basic Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or military experience
* At least 5 years' experience working in an IAM domain.
* At least 4 years of development experience in SailPoint IIQ implementation, configuration, and deployment in an enterprise environment
* At least 3 years' experience programming in Java, Bean Shell, SQL, UNIX and LINUX

Preferred Qualifications

* Certified in CRISC, CISA or CGEIT from ISACA
* 1 + years' experience handling Risk Management activities to include audit and compliance in access management
* 1 + years' of experience in Role Based Access Controls.
