As a Sr. Development Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) automation to support Genoa Healthcare's Application Development team. You will work with Development and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to design and implement automation solutions to support iterative and rapid development. You will be responsible for configuration management of CI/CD pipelines within source control and support the software releases for Genoa's pre-production and production environments.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

* Establish and take ownership of core automation tools such as BitBucket Pipelines and AWS CodeDeploy
* Work with the development team to brainstorm new ways to improve code delivery
* Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines and hardware
* Aid in the development of CI/CD pipeline performance metrics and KPIs
* Monitor metrics and develop ways to improve
* Build, maintain, and monitor software configuration standards
* Collaborate with the development team to enhance the company's engineering tools, systems, procedures, and security practices
* Handle code deployments in all environments
* Aid in the implementation of software test automation frameworks
* Develop and maintain design and troubleshooting documentation

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

* Previous experience with software development, infrastructure development, or development and operations
* Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
* Experience with cloud infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Experience with scripting languages like Python, PowerShell, or JavaScript
* Experience with Agile and Kanban workflow methodologies
* Knowledge of Git configuration management tools
* Experience with Docker Containers and Kubernetes is a plus
* Up-to-date on the latest industry trends; able to articulate trends and potential clearly and confidently
* Excellent interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
* Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
