NTT DATA Services currently seeks a Sr Data Analyst / Mapper to join our team in Fremont, California (US-CA), United States (US).

Job Duties and Responsibilities

* Requirement Gathering, Analysis, Business Impact Analysis, Data mapping/Profiling
* Participate in requirement gathering sessions, conduct workshops, issue clarifications, review documentation.
* Data Preview and Selection - Attribute verification, Summarizations, Aggregations, Trend finding, Cross Database Comparison etc.,
* Data Cleansing and preparation - Identifying the clean data and preparing the data rules with complete accuracy
* Verifying the product specific rules, identifying the transformational rules as per the business requirement
* Analyze the data for architectural alignment.
* Analyze the data from various systems of record (SOR) and raise issues if not as per the standards.
* Align with the metric team to verify and finalize the Metric calculation requirements.
* Prepare the data mapping documentation and explain the documentation to the various stakeholders.
* Design any architectural enhancements required for the data mapping/profiling.
* Anticipate customer needs and provide inputs for solution.
* Analyze and constantly improve systems, processes and nature of service being provided to ensure customer delight
* Willing to learn new technologies

Qualifications

* Minimum 5+ years of experience in Oracle PLSQL programming language.
* Minimum 5+ years of experience in writing Packages/Functions/Procedures
* Minimum 3+ years of development experience in any ETL tool (Like Abinitio, Informatica, Data Stage etc)
* Minimum 3+ years of experience in wring high level and low level design

Education

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
