Composed of the best and brightest technical minds, this team will be forging new opportunities for FICO while developing long-lasting relationships with our customers." - Sr. Director, Fraud Practice, North America What You'll Contribute Ensuring FICO's solutions are implemented smoothly and effectively within the customer environment. Provide technical and functional mentoring to our customers. Collaborate with the team on a wide range of complex technical projects, assignments, and issues to ensure excellent customer experience. Support of sales and professional services team implementations. What We're Seeking Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related disciplines, or relevant experience in software architecture, design, development, and testing. Demonstrates experience in Linux performance tuning and troubleshooting. Demonstrates the ability to take ownership of issues, reviewing and providing expert technical inputs on product and third-party components within a customer-facing role. Ability to independently determine methods and procedures on new assignments and influence technical leadership in related areas. Demonstrates strong infrastructure knowledge and experience in configuration/administration in Linux (RHEL) and AIX. Ability to work with middleware/Application Server technologies (WAS; Tomcat) for troubleshooting and configuration. Technical knowledge and experience working with database solutions such as Oracle, SQL Server, DB2 for troubleshooting and configuration. Knowledge of Directory services as AD, Tivoli DS or ApacheDS to configure user access. Displays an understanding of object-oriented programming (Java, C, C++) for review of logs and code for accuracy and troubleshooting. Knowledge of REST API techniques, XML, payload formatting and data mapping. Understand and communicate both business and technical objectives from multiple perspectives including client view, internal development view, and operational and support view. Ability to build relationships with a broad spectrum of stakeholders from senior executive to support desk, leveraging these relationships effectively to validate assumptions, acquire useful information, negotiate among competing objectives, resolve issues, manage change, agree to direction and achieve consensus. Demonstrates the ability to communicate at an advanced level in English (reading, writing, speaking). Ability to travel up to 50% throughout the United States and Canada.
