About the Role

You will envision and execute on a strategy and product roadmap to enable real-time tax calculations across the different lines of businesses in the Uber marketplace.

You will be responsible for the overall gathering and analysis of tax related requirements. Your performance is measured by the impact of the products you launch and by your ability to lead and inspire a high-performing cross-functional team that includes Product, Engineering, Finance, Design and Operations.

What You'll Do / What You'll Need / Bonus Points / About the Team What You'll Do

* Lead product management for Uber's tax products, capabilities that include compliance workflows, data analytics and reporting and core platform


* Spearheading user research and incorporating the insights you discover into new product ideas


* Build a roadmap for tax product in collaboration with cross-functional teams


* Partner with the Tax and Engineering teams to leverage and influence the direction of the platform


* Work closely with tax, finance and operations stakeholders identify improvement areas, propose new products and enhance the existing solutions
