What you will do:

As a Sr. Business Systems Analyst, you will act as liaison between IT and business functions, to help build business solutions. You will work with IT development teams on getting solutions and changes implemented, from turning business requirements into designs and actionable tasks, project definition and planning, to testing and go-live.

Responsibilities:

* Understanding broader business drivers to map business needs to process & functional solution design.
* Utilize business knowledge and expertise to drive business process improvements.
* Balance relationships with multiple business teams for new solution features and technical support.
* Perform gap analysis: as is vs. to be.
* Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies.
* Develop future solution strategies by working closely with Business and IT Development teams.
* Work very closely with Business teams to understand business requirements and then partner closely with IT development team for creation of functional business requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases.
* Work with IT and business project teams to analyze complex business problems and provide guidance on how to best implement the solutions in (but not limited to) Salesforce.
* Craft and present functional and technical design including data analysis to business team, and gather feedback to influence solution design and approach.
* Participate in end to end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and management change.
* Provide status updates and progress reports on projects and enhancements.
* Accountable for the timely delivery of projects as per established roadmaps by working closely with the business teams.
* Writing and reviewing QA and UAT test scripts.
* Leading UAT with end users including coordination and user acceptance sign-off.
* Resolve tier 2 user tickets related to Salesforce and other tools.
* The configuration of standard and custom Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform tools.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects that involve integration between Salesforce and other applications.

What you bring to Forescout:

Experience and Qualification:

* Minimum 6 years of experience as Business Systems Analyst working with (but not limited to) Customer Support & Services.
* Minimum 6 years of experience preparing as-is process documentation, to-be process documentation, end-user documentation and performing detailed gap analysis
* 4-year degree (minimum) in Information Systems or related discipline, Advanced degree would be a plus
* Demonstrated ability to have successfully completed multiple complex technical projects
* Demonstrated experience in project conceptualization, planning and end-user training
* Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems as well as provide documentation, guidance and instruction to users
* Business Analysis experience in a high-tech (preferable software) company a plus
* Project Management experience a plus
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce and Financial Force.

* Must be someone who is intellectually curious and excited about working with business users and gets gratification from building useful IT applications and solutions
* Flexibility to work with a variety of personalities and styles
* Self-motivated team player.
