JOB SUMMARY:
A Senior PeopleSoft Business Systems Analyst (BSA) will be required to effectively; Consult with the business leads, IT and management to identify and document needs, objectives, current operational procedures and problems. Analyze related business process for PeopleSoft 9.2 Finance, Supply Chain, Human Capital Management, Payroll for North America and Recruiting. Develop solution designs around business needs incorporating configurable solutions while minimizing custom development. Analyze, document, review, and receive approval for business functional and non-functional requirements. Present system changes at IT Change Control and Change Advisory Board meetings. Manage Projects following strict project management protocols when enhancements or new module deployments exceed two weeks of effort. Conduct and complete fit/gap analysis. Write and maintain functional specifications for new and existing requirements. Develop, coordinate, and implement plans to test business and functional processes during system development and quality assurance testing. Work with the business to identify and document test scenarios. Perform unit testing to ensure requirements are satisfied by developed/configured solution and document changes to functional and business specifications. Creates or assists others in the writing of user documentation, instructions, procedures, research. Document post-implementation defects, enhancement requests and new module deployment requests. Prepare time and cost estimates for completing projects. Work with customer to determine and document proposed enhancement return on investment (ROI). Keeps abreast of new PeopleSoft release features and proactively communicate those features to the customer. Demonstrate system features, new tools and solution concepts as needed. Attend and participate (by providing status updates on requirements deliverables) in status meetings. Notify management of any issues or target date dependencies. Demonstrate proficiency with Oracle SQL and PeopleTools a plus. Understand and conform to I.T. Controls and SOX Requirements. Maintain up-to-date requirements documentation Request management approvals for all major system enhancements and communicate to all participating team members any change to the requirements after approval. Work with PHIRE to track all RICEW related documentation and request code promotion through Development, Test, Release and Production environments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Health Care Administration, Business, orcombination of education and experience
Minimum six years of experience in analyzing and documenting current and future state workflows,optimal process design, building, testing, and supporting health care financial, and/or clinicalenterprise solutions
Ability to work under pressure, follow project plans, prioritize appropriately, and balance competingrequests
Must possess a high level of integrity
Self-motivated and self-directed
Must be an expert in subject matter as demonstrated by documented experience in analysis,research, and installation of enterprise solutions
Strong customer service and team focus
Must possess high level skills and documented experience in oral and written communicationsincluding analysis documentation, project management deliverables and documentation, application /systems specifications, project preparation, risk identification, escalation, and mitigation, presentationand training
Must have installed a minimum of two computer-based, hospital system and actively performed thefollowing as a Business Analyst: current and future systems analysis, project lifecycle implementationwith in depth experience and training in a minimum of four discreet major projects
Effective verbal and written communications skills
Prior experience in a senior position
Prior experience evaluating module-specific project deliverables at a technical level, working withBusiness Analyst to prioritize tasks, monitoring progress, and aggregating status information
Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem solving skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Knowledge of process/workflow engineering
Experienced in cross functional business and application knowledge
Some form of Project Management training or prior experience
Experience working in a matrix team environment
Epic Application experience highly preferred
One or more certifications in applicable application / module
