Job Description

This Sr. Analyst - Production Scheduling Support position will report to the Infrastructure Support Services Team Manager or Unit Manager and will be responsible for providing leadership and support HNA Production Environment supporting Production Control/Batch Scheduling Services.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with the manager to build and manage a robust support team responsible for assigned critical applications daily online and batch transaction support
* Provide leadership for Level 1 (L1) and Level 2 (L2) team resources supporting several key production/scheduling products and systems
* Work closely with our business and technology partner teams
* Effective & timely service delivery resource management support to Sales & Manufacturing Appl/Business demand
* Coordinate and communicate with team members as well as Management team
* Production Scheduling Service Line - IPC Management Tasks, assist w/Appl. Group & SO Support Delivery
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
* 9-12 years of work experience with 5-10 years of experience within a large global company dealing with monitoring of SLA documents and follow defined escalation processes in the event an SLA is at risk of being breached
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills Including phone skills
* Excellent analytic/problem solving skills
* Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail
* Experience with automated job scheduling systems, preferably Zeke/Zena & IBM Tivoli (TWS)
* Experience in a very structured application "workflow" environment
* Experience with multiple hardware and software technologies: ex., JES2, VTAM, Mainframe, File Transfer methods like Connect: Direct (NOM) or Sterling File Gateway, TSO/ISPF, monitoring tools, etc
* Strong application development background with a solid understanding of development methodologies
* Strong application support background with client facing Internet and back office applications
* Understanding of the design and implementation of proactive monitoring and health checks
* ITIL Incident management life cycle skills and experience
* Knowledge of incident, problem management, ticket, change, and risk management processes and tools
