Position Summary:

The HRIS Analyst is an intermediate position within the HRIS job family. This individual serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity testing of system changes report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. The HRIS Analyst also supports HRIS module selection implementation upgrades patches testing and other technical projects as assigned.

* System Maintenance: Assist in the review testing and implementation of HRIS system to include upgrades or patches. Collaborate with functional and technical staff to coordinate application of upgrade or fix. Maintain HRIS system tables. Document process and results.
* Production Support: Provide support for HRIS including but not limited to researching and resolving HRIS problems unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
* Projects/Process Improvement: Recommend process/customer service improvements innovative solutions policy changes and/or major variations from established policy that must be approved by appropriate leadership prior to implementation. Serve as a key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll). Use project management skills in managing projects. May provide overall project management for multiple HR initiatives.
* Reports/Queries: Write maintain and support a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools. Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing customer needs. Help maintain data integrity in systems by running queries and analyzing data.

desired skills & experience:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.

3-5 years of HRIS or HR generalist experience - experience working with HR related Saas Applications preferred. 1-2 years of project management experience. Systems implementation experience required.

Proven proficiency with business process flow management ongoing day-to-day administration and the implementation of upgrades or new functionality especially in areas of self-service and/or talent management.

Critical thinker with exceptional ability to identify and resolve gaps in processes and business practices.

Strong process management project management analytical and problem-solving skills needed.

Excellent attention to detail with a goal for accuracy and time management skills required.

Strong follow-through skills and sense of ownership.

Ability to multi-task and problem-solve with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.

Proactive and customer focused with the ability to maintain customer expectations as a minimum standard to be surpassed considering customer requirements before making decisions and taking actions.

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.

Resourcefulness to work individually; flexibility to work as a team player.

Handle confidential and sensitive information with complete integrity.
