Responsibilities

We currently have a great opportunity available for a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Sr. Analyst/Developer. The Sr. Manufacturing Execution System (MES) Analyst will be responsible for ensuring GEA-RMS, SAP-MII and OEE systems are compliant, operational, reliable and available for Manufacturing. The Sr. MES Analyst also will be in charge of design new and/or improvement technical solution architecture of MES as well to integrate it to the Corporate ERP and Plant Equipment and SCADA network. This individual will function as a member of the SRA Administrative staff and will report to the Director of Manufacturing. To succeed in this role, a candidate must demonstrate excellent critical thinking, MES and ERP systems developer and technical solution architect skills, and will work with multiple departments across the organization. An ability to perform duties with a minimum level of supervision is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain the MES (GEA, SAP-MII, OEEs) systems on validated state and operational, performing systems updates when required. Maintain these systems interfaces on validated state and operational as well as these systems interfaces with the Corporate ERP system. Champion MES and ERP (GEA, SAP-MII, S4Hana, OEEs systems) related implementation/ modification projects when required. Oversee/execute validations process when required. Support the SRA departments in processes that involve MES (GEA-RMS, PLCs, OEE) and ERP (SAP-MII, DMI, S4Hana) with systems integration and designing technical architecture and interfaces (designing new screen, function, enhancement, forms, etc.) system validation and system improvement and configuration and training. Elaborate URS (user requirement documents), Function Design Specification documents related with MES and ERP systems, as well develop, implement and validate solutions when applicable. Contact and develop solution with consulting firms (e.g. GEA, SAP) for complex projects based on URS. Manage the 3rd party consulting firms related with MES, ERP systems. Manage and maintain all MES software licenses (monitor usage). Control GEA-RMS recipe and modify when needed. Create interface to the SCADA, label printers, scanners, barcode readers, fillers, testing devices, etc. with MES and SAP MII when required. Develop OEE, KPI dashboards and track efficiency. Develop SQL query to extract the data from database. Serve as a liaison between SRA and SAI, SBR, S-Corp on the MES related subject. Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering required. Previous experience in Manufacturing Execution System development (Wonderware InTouch) and ERP (SAP-MII development) required. Master's degree preferred.
* Computer Science/ Software Engineering.
* Wonderware InTouch system developer (systems integration, design technical architecture and interfaces).
* SAP-MII System developer.
* SAP-MII system developer Certification.
* Data Services, Content Development, Visualization services and Message Services, MDO, MII Frameworks and SSCE.


* Wonderware system developer Certification.
* System Platform 1 (Wonderware Application Server); System Platform 2 (Historian Server and Information Server); InTouch Edge HMI; MES Performance; MES Operations; InBatch; Quality Module; Reporting.


* 10+ years relevant SAP MII and/or Wonderware InTouch experience as a developer and technical solution architect.
* Must be fluent to read, write and speak English. Good verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong Technical background in SAP MII solution development which includes all components of the MII application such as Data Services, Content Development, Visualization services and Message Services, MDO, MII Frameworks and SSCE.
* Strong Technical background in Wonderware InTouch solution development which includes all components of the Wonderware application such as Galaxy, Historian, InBatch, RDP, OPC, Information Server, Active Directory.
* Strong database skills (MSSQL or Oracle).
* Proficient in SAPUI5 web technology and related web technologies HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, XML, XSLT and XPath.
* Must have high-level knowledge of necessary SAP functional modules such as SAP PP, PM, and QM etc.
* PLC programming (A&B, Siemens).
* Experience to create management reports.
* Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
* Must have participated in at least 2 or more successful SAP MII and/or Wonderware InTouch project implementations.
* Experience in systems integration and designing technical interfaces using SAP Plant connectivity (PCo) and/or standard connectors to ERP and shop-floor systems (Wonderware InTouch, PLCs).
* Strong Technical Knowledge on SAP MII custom Development (Developing LIMS QM functionality, Designing new screen, Enhancement, Forms, SAP MII OEE etc.).
* Strong exposure on OPC products and integration of plant floor systems like historian, PLC based systems to SAP MII using SAP PCo, and other connectors.
* Experience interfacing the SCADA, Label printers, scanners, barcode readers etc with SAP MII is required.
* Ability to analyze and troubleshoot problems, identify, recommend and implement solutions.
* Ability to work well under pressure.
* Good team work.
* Statistics tools and analysis a plus.
