* 5+ years of related work experience
* Strong Microsoft SQL skills and experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Teradata)
* Proficiency with analytic and reporting tools including Excel, SSAS, SSRS, and Power BI
* Proven success delivering technology solutions from concept through execution and maintenance across a matrixed, complex environment
* Thorough working knowledge of the system development life cycle and can train others on SDLC concepts
* Excellent written and communication skills; effectively communication with all employee levels and levels of management.
* Demonstrated track record of strong consulting skills and experience to bridge the gap between technology and business operations to enable organizations to make effective decisions.
* Preferred - Experience operating in an Agile / Scrum environments\\
* Preferred - Experience refining user stories and planning sprints
* Preferred - Experience with DevOps methodologies

Education

Minimum Required

* Bachelors' Degree preferred in a quantitative discipline
* Equivalent work experience
* Create and maintain essential working relationships with key internal stakeholders, cross-functional partners and leaders to achieve results.
* Deliver guidance and documentation to business stakeholders on metric definitions, business rules, query logic and sources for datasets being delivered.
* Perform technical system analysis
* Understand all system requirements for business changes and implementations.
* Coordinate and perform user acceptance testing on solutions
* Communicate status, issues, risks, results and time-lines.
* Deliver on ad-hoc and analytical reporting requests.
