Overview

Sentek Global is seeking a Sr. Analyst to support the PMW-150 Tactical Command and Control (TAC C2) Division Navy New Ship Construction (SCN) Manager in the coordination of the procurement, installation, and testing of the Tactical Data Link systems for all new construction ships in San Diego, CA!

Responsibilities

* Support the SCN Manager in the coordination of the procurement, installation, and testing of the Tactical Data Link systems for all new construction ships.
* Prepare program review presentations for PEO C4I and NAVSEA platform managers
* Prepare financial documents for procurement of systems and services:
* Financial documents include 7300s, Obligation & Phasing Plans (OPPs), Basis of Estimates (BOEs), Spend Plans, Lock Box justifications.
* Also responsible for tracking allocated funds to performers and activities.
* Plan, generate and manage the execution of the TAC C2 SCN spend plan.
* Liaison with PMW-150 Program Managers and contract personnel on system hardware procurement.
* Coordinate system deliveries based on NAVSEA ship installation schedules.
* Liaison with PEO-C4I and shipyard personnel for completion of installation testing events and system certification.
* Provide and coordinate technical support to PEO-C4I ship platform managers for all TAC C2 systems during the SCN window.
* Receive and respond to PMW-150 and PEO-C4I programmatic data calls.
* Support system requirements development on product baselines for new construction ships.
* Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* An active secret clearance is required to be considered for this role.
* At least five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in military systems analysis (including cost and schedule analysis), modeling, and simulation.
* At least two (2) years of experience providing budgeting, financial management, and execution to a DoD program office
* Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business area.
* Experience in project management, from conception to delivery.
* Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
* Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
