SQL Server DBANew York, NY

Responsibilities:
Installation configuration and upgrading of SQL servers and Oracle software and related products
Evaluation of SQL Server and Oracle features and SQL Server and Oracle related products
Establish and maintain backup and recovery policies and procedures
Implementation and maintenance of database security create and maintain users and roles assign privileges
Perform database tuning and performance monitoring
Perform application tuning and performance monitoring
Setup and maintain documentation and standards
Plan growth and changes capacity planning
Perform general technical trouble shooting and give consultation to development teams
Interfacing with Oracle and Microsoft for technical support
Patch Management and Version Control
