Sql Automation Operator (entry-level) FTE in Naperville: pay rate in the $18-21/hr range, depending on experience

Position Summary:

Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Technician will be responsible for maintaining, evaluating and analyzing the automation processes. This RPA process includes the following:

* Up to 100 VMs (Virtual Machines) running Equian Developed Eligibility Scraper software 7 days per week.
* Up to 50 VMs running Automation anywhere Robotic Processes 7 days per week.

Initiation of each of these processes must be performed manually because the client system accessed requires dual security authentication via a Citrix environment. If these processes go down it is important to have them restarted as soon as possible in order to maximize the available processing time.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or GED required
* 1+ years experience in creating Sql queries
* Proficiency in MS Office products with specific emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where overpayment identification and recovery is priority
