Analyzes, implements and maintains department related databases and software. Assists in the development and implementation of new monitoring tools. Provides analytical support in the assessment of strategic growth projects.

1. Analyzes, implements and maintains department related databases and software.

2. Analyzes and prepares data for use by senior management.

3. Presents data in effective, clear formats tailored to the needs of specific audiences including managers and staff.

4. Assists in the development of new monitoring tools and works with necessary parties to implement.

5. Assists in design, implementation, and maintenance of system applications.

* Uses standard project planning methodologies and knowledge of existing and planned applications.

6. Serves as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams.

7. Documents and analyzes required information and data.

8. Assists in enforcement of project deadlines and schedules.

9. Takes input from supervisor and appropriately and accurately applies comments/feedback.

10. Understands the necessity of project standards and applies them consistently.

11. Develops internal and external meeting objectives and agendas.

12. Understands the components of running a fiscally successful project.

13. Performs related duties, as required.

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Information Systems, or related field, required.
* Prior related experience, preferred. Experience in a Healthcare environment, preferred.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Access and Visio, required.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers and subject matter experts.
