The Technology Team supports the development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of all banking systems. This team has the expertise and commitment to develop high-quality solutions to meet the needs of a fast-paced and complex operating environment.

Position Summary

The Specialist, Business Intelligence & Reporting is responsible for ensuring that the data within the assigned data domains is managed according to policies and standards.

Responsibility Statements

* Assists in the integration of multiple data sources into centralized data warehouse.
* Assists in the review and verification of historical data and information.
* Complies with all organizational and departmental policies and procedures.
* Creates reports and presents findings regarding business intelligence data to internal stakeholders.
* Performs other duties as assigned.
* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
* Suggests and implements improvements to the business intelligence function.
* Surfaces emerging issues and conducts research to produce insights into business operations, recommends potential improvements.

Qualifications

Education

* Bachelor's Degree; Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Mathematics/Statistics, Management Information Systems, or other equivalent field, or equivalent work experience

Work Experience

* 0-3 years relevant technical expertise

Skills and Abilities

* Ability to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
* Ability to focus on details to ensure and maintain data accuracy.
* Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Adept at writing SQL queries, creating reports and presenting findings.
* Familiarity using business intelligence tools.
* Strong communication and organizational skills.
* Strong knowledge of and experience with databases within Financial Services.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
