SUMMARY

Freeman is seeking a Specialist - Digital Media to assist Sales, Systems Design and Integration and Exhibitor Services in determining customer's capture and hosting needs. Additional duties include:

* Interact with customers as necessary to qualify and clarify capture needs and maintain accurate records of all orders.
* Maintain inventoried computer equipment with both software and hardware upgrades as needed and approved.
* Responsible for pulling inventory, configuring equipment, and staging, when assigned as the Digital Medial lead in accordance with the Computer Services Operations Manual.
* Interface with show site communications/network technicians to clarify, manage and document network connections, IP addresses and schedules before reaching show site.
* Preplan, produce, and complete shows that require Presentation Capture needs including supervising the equipment installs and labor.
* Coordinate cross-rentals for computer equipment when needed.
* Work with Show Services Department before and during shows to coordinate audio visual needs.
* Interface with the Product Manager to review specific technical problems and procedures, recommends and implements applicable training and support solutions.
* Review technical publications, articles, and abstracts to stay abreast of technical developments in the industry.
* Communicate with Conference Archives to ensure a successful show.
* Ensure timely editing and production of captured digital media.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

* Two (2+) plus years of related experience.
* Experience with video and audio editing and encoding required.
* Proven customer service and communication skills.
* Must maintain a valid state driver''s license

EDUCATION

* High School Diploma or GED
