Come join the CloudEndure Migration and Disaster Recovery team as a Solutions Architect within Amazon Web Services (AWS). In your role, you will have the opportunity to help our customers understand how the use of the CloudEndure product can significantly decrease time, risk and effort to migrate existing workloads onto AWS, as well as build confidence and trust in CloudEndure's method of high-performance, low cost Disaster Recovery. Your broad responsibilities will include: owning the technical engagement in opportunities where the CloudEndure product is present, working cross-organizationally to facilitate widespread use and adoption of the AWS platform, and developing a deep expertise in the AWS technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform. These activities will primarily occur in the role of our overlay sales team, but expect direct customer and partner engagement as well. The ideal candidate will possess customer facing skills that will allow them to represent AWS CloudEndure well within the customer's environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation. He/she should also have a demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Serve as a key member of the Sales team in helping to ensure customer success in trialing and deploying CloudEndure technology. * Scope each customer engagement, with attention towards clear and well-defined objectives and success criteria. * Own each technical engagement, working alongside a CloudEndure account executive and help ensure a timely and successful delivery of value. * Capture and share best-practice knowledge amongst the solution architect community. * Understand and exploit the use of salesforce.com and other internal Amazon systems.
