Job Description

MULTIPLE POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Serve as a primary technical contact to AWS Partner Development managers to drive technical engagements, projects and cloud architecture involving the design, development and implementation of cloud-based/web services platforms with massive scale, resiliency and maintainability. Consult and provide analytical insight on product/systems improvement and development based on scalability, performance, availability and cost. Design software-defined networks and secure data access. Integrate AWS asset provisioning with code release and continuous deployment processes. Automate software

deployment and configuration management. Lead and collaborate with customer and partner teams on a variety of engagements involving the implementation of client workloads onto AWS architecture and/or the design and deployment of customer solutions and environments for HPC, batch and real-time data processing. Provide strategy regarding business lines, products, and technical challenges and map the intersection of partner needs and AWS priorities. Serve as a key member of the Business Development and Developer Relations team to ensure and deliver customer success in building applications and services. Provide feedback and strategies that influence product development and resolve technical challenges. Foster the partner ecosystem community by engaging with developers in online forums, developing relationships with key industry influencers and senior technical leaders, writing technical articles, speaking at

developer conferences and meetups, and building and delivering compelling application demos, technical content, and presentations. Utilize customer facing skills and technical background in order to represent the company within our customer's environment and drive discussions with senior technical leaders that enable them to easily interact and give cloud guidance to software developers and architects.

Build reference architecture, frameworks and toolkits to drive scale of adoption in the AWS ecosystem. Document best practices and create development resources that can be later used by developers.

Mentor junior solutions architects, support staff and business development professionals and coach customer and partner teams to be self-sufficient. Requires 25% domestic travel to support business and technical relationships with various organizations, customers and partners.
