Job Duties and Responsibilities

As Solutions Architect you will be an integral part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team; a highly-collaborative group responsible for stand up and execution of all new initiatives for the smart home group. You will serve as a trusted advisor to multiple IHS and Client teams and provide strategic consulting as the primary point-of-contact and interface between business development managers, project managers, and operational groups throughout the lifecycle of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a background in operations and IT and be ready for an exciting challenge!

You will:

* Be self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
* Build strong relationships across internal and client organizations.
* Elicit and groom well-defined problem/opportunity statements and drive business value.
* Interface with all levels of an organization, from individual contributors to C-suite executives.
* Improve existing processes and act as a champion for growth.
* Develop implementation roadmaps in conjunction with clients and business stakeholders.
* Facilitate innovation in business process and technical solution delivery.

Skills - Experience and Requirements

You have:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree from a four-year college or university plus 4-6 years of operations or IT management experience.
* Flexibility, innovation, and the ability to manage time and priorities in a fast paced, growth-oriented and time-critical environment while being professional and impactful.
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability and experience to drive solutions.
* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to interact effectively across the organization.
* Proficiency with Excel, Project, Word, Access etc.
