The Visa Digital Solutions Product group is on the forefront of Visa's innovation and looking for talented individuals with vision, passion and determination to make our clients business and consumer products more engaging, seamlessly available, easy to use and secure.

The Visa Digital Solution Delivery team at Visa manages sales engineering, solution design and delivery and certification for global partners connecting to the Visa Token Service (VTS) and whom participate in Visa's Digital Commerce Program (VDCP) and Token Service Provider (TSP) programs.

For this global role we are looking for a manager to support the evolution of its secure digital payments and manage technical relationship with partners in the Visa TSP and VDCP programs.

The role requires an experienced Sales Engineering professional who can program manage technical relationships with leading global partners for card present and card not present wallets/solutions. Specific responsibilities include:

* Supporting commercialization and business development pre-sales technical engagements for VDCP and TSP programs
* Maintaining technical relationship and development roadmaps with Global TSPs/Gateway partners
* Managing and coordinating with partner implementation managers to provide direction and insights on Visa Digital integration roadmap.
* Co-ordinating solution approval and troubleshooting projects both internally and with partners
* Responsible for developing processes and internal and external technical and program documentation in support of Visa Digital Solutions Programs
* Maintain Visa Playbook updates and report maintenance for partner engagements.

Basic Qualifications

* 5 years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)

Preferred Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in electrical/computer engineering, computer science or equivalent technology expertise and acumen acquired through work experience. MBA a plus but not required.
* 2+ years experience in product development in payments systems integration, or related sales engineering experience
* Flexible, positive and results-oriented attitude, works well with changing timelines and priorities and can proactively manage up. Works with a sense of urgency and makes efforts to motivate others towards common goals
* Demonstrated ability to gather and synthesize complex information, make sound tactical decisions, and communicate such information in a clear, simple way to a variety of audiences, ranging from senior executives to working-level analysts and technical specialists.
* Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple activities with both internal and external stakeholders
* Knowledge of digital payments, including NFC, secure elements, contactless payments, e-commerce, and in app payments
* Ability to travel as needed
* This position requires the incumbent to travel for work up to 5% of the time.

Physical Requirements

This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers, reach with hands and arms, and bend or lift up to 25 pounds.
