Ivalua is looking for a Solution Consulting Manager, to manage the best Solution Consultant team on the Ivalua platform in EMEA markets. The Solution Consulting Manager will play a principal role in developing excellence in the Ivalua EMEA Consulting team to support our strategy, develop state of the art processes and ensure excellence in execution and delivery of our services and advisory by the team.
Maintaining and developing a cohesive, purpose driven team is essential to the success of the role. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of managing a solution consultant team and some experience in leading technical consulting projects. The individual will manage a team responsible for providing technical and solution expertise within our sales cycle and aligning the future of our solution with market requirements.
About the job:
* Manage a team of highly achieving solution consultants, This includes career conversations, annual reviews, development plans, promotions, hiring * Partner with Sales, Product, R&D and Services peers stakeholders to align team operations with the larger organisation * Ability to be a player as well as coach and provide procurement services and consulting to clients while defining best practice. * Creating strategic sales strategies and presentations for prospects using best practices and industry expertise * Presenting the value of the Ivalua Platform with highly sophisticated and engaging demos * Supporting the team when they are providing functional responses to RFPs and RFIs and supporting all functional/technical activities required from initial bid response through the entire sales cycle * Recommending and supporting different selling strategies and pre-sales activities including conference room pilots (CRPs) and Proof of Concepts (POCs) to support advanced prospect requirements * Staying current on the solution roadmap (forthcoming improvements) as well as competitive offers to improve your industry knowledge
About your skills and experience:
* Demonstrable experience leading, coaching and mentoring solution consultants within a Software procurement industry or environment. * Demonstrable use and knowledge of SAAS Procurement and/or hands-on experience using Procurement platforms * Strong verbal & written communication skills * Experience in driving high performing culture * BSc or MSc degree qualification (business or engineering school). * Significant experience (5+ years) in a customer-facing role, essentially in the field of software. * Demonstrated interest in technology, including comfort with technical concepts and ability to learn new technology applications. * You should have excellent writing skills and a real ability to communicate. * Native French Language speaker
