What you'll be doing...

As a Solution Architect, you will be leading and defining architecture options and solution for large Sales business driven programs. You will develop strategic process re-engineering initiatives for Sales and Marketing. You will provide technical and solution leadership in delivering architectural artifacts that promote re-usability, modularity and scalability across the BSS layer for various lines of businesses.

* Leading and facilitating meetings and discussions to elicit business, product and sales requirements to define and deliver architectural solutions and prescriptive guidance.
* Drive end to end process and solution leadership to successfully complete large network programs on time with well managed scopes, and costs.
* Work managers at all levels without supervision.
* Articulate the problem statement and openly bring up challenges/roadblocks and impediments, negotiate, influence and drive solutions with Directors and VPs in the BSS space for tactical and strategic enterprise architecture approach and business capabilities.

You'll need to have:

* Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
* Six or more years of relevant work experience.
* Experience leading software developers, systems or process analysts.
* Technical Architecture & Program Management experience.
* Knowledge of Oracle Siebel or Java or.NET technologies.
* Knowledge on Angular / React JS, Spring Boot and Hibernate.
* Experience with Customer Relationship Management, Quoting, Ordering Applications.

Even better if you have:

* A degree.
* Experience with Container Technology in Cloud Computing - Docker, Kubernetes & Pivotal Cloud Foundry.
* Experience in Data warehouse databases.
* Experience in Multi-discipline knowledge of development, testing, infrastructure, operations, technical architecture, Application Operations, Production Operations, Data Base, and corporate functions (e.g. security compliance, etc.).
* Experience managing a globally distributed Software Development Team.
* Experience aligning messaging with Executives.
* Experience of JIRA and Confluence.
* Telecom, OSS/BSS systems experience.
* Experienced with AI and Machine Learning.
* Experience migrating applications to Cloud.
* Experience with SAFe agile framework.
* Experience in GSuite (Google Slides, Docs, etc) , or MS Office suite (Project, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Excellent communication (verbal and writing), influencing and negotiation skills.
