Main role / Job Objective:
In the role of Solution Architect (Integrations/BI) - Brand Owner you will work with our Brand Owner customers to analyze, define and deliver packaging management systems solutions that help our customers optimize their business processes. Your focus will be on requirement analysis workshops, business process optimizations and building custom tailored systems, integrations and BI Report. It's a challenging role where you will work on a diverse range of projects, giving you the chance to meet a lot of people in various businesses.
As Solution Architect (Integrations) -Brand Owner your main responsibilities are:
* To perform workshops and quick-win audits to analyse customer business processes, gather customer requirements and define/design a solution (scope and design workshops). * To implement online process, asset management, Integration solutions and BI Reports at customers. * To drive successful implementations by creating relevant documentation (such as scope and design workshop reports, training documentation, Solution Overview Documentation, Integration solution specification, Custom Report specification and functional specification) * To develop Custom BI Reports to meet customer needs. * Use a structured approach and methodology to develop a integration strategy and solution for the systems that meets clients' overall business goals and objectives. * Effectively communicate design to customers and present design options/considerations * Act as a technical expert addressing problems relating to BI Report, systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integration * Knowledge Transfer and education to other team members * To continually identify opportunities to build standardization into our offering, working with our brand solutions & pre-sales teams to implement these. * To interact with our R&D teams to share ideas & feedback from the market that ultimately contribute to the continued improvement of our solutions * To interact with Pre-Sales and After Care teams to transfer information on designed / implemented solutions * To provide training on deployed solutions to customers
* Proven ability to work in multi-functional teams, networking effectively with others to achieve desired goals * Report Development * Develops Reports; writing clean, clear, commented code to specification. * Develop and maintain simple to complex interactive reports, dashboards, analytics and other BI reports that meet business requirements utilizing QlikView and SQL * Develop and support data models and backend queries, build QVDs for presenting data on QlikView dashboards.
* Unit and Integration testing * Performs unit and integration testing of code during development * Produces code that requires little rework after review and testing
* 5 years' experience (or equivalent) in areas such as, but not limited to: * Business process or asset management technology solution architecture, ideally in a marketing or packaging domain * Providing software and/or services related to BI Report development and analysis and consulting * Providing software and/or services to consumer goods, pharmaceutical or retail customers * Software user training (e.g. workflow building, system configuration, system admin, developing key users up to a professional/expert level) * Software support (e.g. registering, administering, diagnosing and resolving customer support requests) * Other technical services domains (e.g. application engineering, enterprise level software installation) * Technical discussions and negotiations with client stakeholders * Act as a technical expert addressing problems relating to BI Report, systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platform integration
