Perspecta is looking for a Solutions Architect in effort to support the Defense Manpower Data Center (DMDC) Account as an Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) Architect. The position is based in Alexandria, VA.

Active/current DoD Public Trust preferred

JOB DESCRIPTION

* This position is for a Sr. Architect who specializes in Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and has the capabilities to lead complex projects which span across multiple lines of business throughout the globe.
* Is responsible for technology research and innovation, architecture, engineering, solutions development and deployment, maintenance and support of information technology security controls, along with strategic plan development across the organization.
* Must be able to meet demands of working across multiple work streams, communicate effectively with senior technology leaders and business partners.
* Effective in articulating strategy, developing roadmaps, and influencing the direction for IAM technologies
* Expected to provide hands-on technical leadership to application developers to implement credentialing related programs and applications to include new design and development, and maintaining and enhancing existing applications.
* Expected to provide the services required to successfully implement and deliver application software solutions to the products he/she will be supporting

TECHNOLOGY REQUIREMENTS:

Overall Java competency.

Additional skills in a combination of the following areas is highly desired:

Servlets, JSP/JSF, EJB 2.0 +, JNDI, JDBC, JMS, JUnit, Maven, Jprobe, JMeter, ORM (JPA, Hibernate, iBatis), SOAP, XML, XSD, Spring Framework, Spring Batch Framework, Struts, AngularJS, HTML, JavaScript, JFC, Swing, SVN and Eclipse.

Qualifications

* Strong understanding of industry standard SSO technologies and protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, FIDO, SCIM, LDAP, SAML)
* Familiarity with Identity Management Platforms such as Siteminder, ForgeRock, Okta, IBM, Oracle etc.
* In-depth knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems including knowledge of data modeling concepts, ERD design and development
* Understanding of Identity Assurance Level 2 (IAL2) and Authentication Assurance Level 2 (AAL2) as specified in NIST 800-63
* Experience with multi-factor authentication technologies and privileged access management
* Experience with Remote Proofing Workflow implementations
* Familiarity with Cloud Migrations
* Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices
* Experienced implementing biometrics as part of an enterprise identity management strategy.
* Experienced Implementing a data centric approach to collecting, verifying, maintaining and sharing identity and other attributes
* Experienced defining, developing, and deploying shared services that promote the implementation of enterprise ICAM
* Strong knowledge across the technology stack such as web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors and distributed systems architecture.
* Strong experience in developing enterprise Java solutions following standard/best practices including OOAD and design patterns
* Strong understanding and working knowledge on Software Development methodologies (Waterfall, RUP, Agile/Scrum)

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

* Minimum 10 years hands-on experience designing and developing Java EE applications on Weblogic or JBoss Application Server for highly available, 24x7, and scalable systems on Linux/Unix platforms.
* Minimum 5 years hands-on experience designing and developing Identity, Credentials, and Access Management solutions.
* CompTIA Security+ and/or CISSP Certification
* Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field
