Job Description

At E2Open, the role of Solutions Architect would provide analysis and direction on supporting existing implementations for products and technology in various industries to meet customer specifications. Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying relevant E2Open methodologies and practices.

What you will be doing:

* Support existing implementations and troubleshoot any existing planning issues
* Act as a functional liaison and contributes to key meetings as required
* Working closely with customers to understand and troubleshoot any issues in an existing implementation
* Leads business process analysis through design phase of the project to troubleshoot and define design
* Ensures smooth and efficient implementation and integration between technical and functional system requirements by providing guidance and support throughout the implementation life cycle
* Understands how the E2open solutions within area of focus can be configured and delivered to best facilitate customer business processes
* Prepares and delivers documentation (editing, updating and proofreading Solution Configuration and Integration documentation)
* Testing: Writing test cases, test data set creation and executing and documenting results
* Approaches project engagements in a highly consultative and prescriptive manner, taking a personal ownership in the success of the solution design

What you should have:

* Minimum of five years of experience (preferred, but would consider less) in a consulting role, deploying Supply Chain Solutions
* Experience with Supply/Demand Planning, SCM, ERP, CRM or related solutions
* Experience with B2B architecture and B2B deployment
* Bachelor's degree required
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Supply Chain certification (CSCP or other) considered a plus
