Solution Analyst Job Description

* Design and Configure Software eg. SAP for business process enablement in Logistics
* Leverages agile methodology to design and configure solutions
* Work with Business Stakeholders, Product Owners to clarify business requirements, document and analyze as-is and to-be processes, map them to SAP systems capabilities, recommend and implement technical solutions
* Drive digitization and business process improvements as needed
* Preparing flow charts, Prototypes, and procedures and conducting feasibility studies to design possible system solutions
* Partners with the team members to develop detailed designs within the architectural guidelines, configures systems for business process enablement, develop use cases, customer scenarios, and/or demos, testing, user acceptance and deployment
* Preparing and maintaining technical documentation to guide system users and to assist with the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the system

Looks for opportunities to automate business process with technology, and may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems

Qualifications

� Bachelor / master's in engineering and/or MBA

� 6+ years of experience in Supply Chain processes, expertise in Logistic domain preferred

� APICS CSCP certification will be an added advantage

� Experience in implementing solutions in SAP enterprise application - Supply Chain - Deliver

� Understanding of b2b processes

� Experience in eliciting requirements from business users

� Strong Analytical skills, Strong qualitative and business process skills with ability to understand existing business processes with a focus on technical requirements and solution expertise

� Experience in identifying, assessing and solving complex business problems

� Ability to trouble shoot issues and drive system resolution

� Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems

� Willingness to learn business processes in newer areas and support business process change

� Experience in Agile/SCRUM/SAFe framework

� Ability to identify opportunities for test automation

� Ability to navigate changes in a dynamic and fast paced environment

� Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills
