Working under the direction of the Trainer - Senior Team Lead 4, will be responsible for developing guidelines on meeting accessibility requirements and helping teams implement accessible features in their products; establishing guidelines, best practices and standards for MathWorks web applications on meeting accessibility requirements; developing and delivering learning resources, including classes, online resources, and coaching to a wide variety of roles and levels; performing accessibility assessments of web applications and providing design review feedback; contributing to analysis tools and software frameworks to support development of accessible software; collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement accessible software; collaborating with other developers, quality engineers, UX specialists, and visual designers; and developing a roadmap for accessibility work including strategy, measures of success, and specific goals.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
Master's degree or higher (or foreign education equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Systems Management, or Engineering Management and no experience.
OR
Bachelor's degree (or foreign education equivalent) in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunication Systems Management, or Engineering Management and five (5) years of experience in job offered or five (5) years of experience in front-end web application development.
Special Requirements:
* Demonstrated expertise in front-end web application development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS according to web accessibility guidelines and specifications -- WCAG, WAI-ARIA, UAAG, or ATAG.
* Demonstrated expertise developing web design standards for user experience (UX) and visual designers; and identifying web accessibility issues and implementing fixes.
* Demonstrated expertise developing test plans and cases for accessibility testing.
* Demonstrated expertise in development and delivery of technical product training materials of web accessibility standards; and presenting web accessibility guidelines in technical training and workshop.
