Job Overview

Amazon Robotics is seeking a motivated and hands on Software Development Manager to lead a new software and automation group within the hardware test team. The hardware test team is a multi-disciplinary environment of mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and quality assurance engineers dedicated to advancing the knowledge of robotics and how millions of customer orders are fulfilled. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to help to test and deliver the most successful robotic fleet in the world. This role is responsible for technical guidance and leadership, scheduling, people management, reporting, hiring and daily tactical leadership. You will manage an early stage initiative and growing team focused on developing software and automation solutions in a fast paced, highly collaborative, startup like environment.
