The Member Experiences team is a new addition to the Experience & Devices (E&D) division, focused on the delivery of innovative services that light up Microsoft Account experiences across all devices and platforms. In our key customer portal, <<https://account.microsoft.com>> (AMC) , we enable customers to manage the full breadth of their engagement with the company - from their subscriptions for Office and XBOX, to helping their kids to use and manage their screen time, to providing transparency to critical information about their privacy, security and profile settings, and much more!

The Member Experiences team is searching for an excellent technical leader who is as passionate about growing collaborative, healthy teams as they are about continuing to grow AMC into a leading customer facing property for Microsoft consumers. Skills & Qualifications:

* Exceptional management skills, with a proven ability to develop collaborative teams of exceptional engineers
* Knowledge of the Web UX industry today
* Expert understanding of web services and site technologies (for example, REST APIs , HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON etc.)
* Experience with newer technologies like AngularJS, Cordova, and ReactJS a plus
* Experience with scrum, Kanban, or other agile engineering techniques

Experience Required:

* BA/BS degree in CS, related discipline or equivalent work experience
* 3 or more years of engineering management experience
* 4 or more years of Web UX design and coding experience in high scale services
* 7 or more years of general design and coding experience (C++, C#, and/or Java)
