About the Role

We are looking for hands-on security engineers who are passionate about finding and correcting vulnerabilities across the Uber infrastructure. Together with your team, you'll build vulnerability detection and remediation into the asset lifecycle.

What You'll Do / What You'll Need / Bonus Points / About the Team What You'll Do

* Triage incoming software, systems, and infrastructure vulnerabilities on a daily basis.
* Research and reproduce vulnerabilities and the ideal way to mitigate them.
* Proactively update service and system owners of potential vulnerabilities and work with them on the resolution.
* Configure or build internal tooling to automate manual processes
* Create security tasks from different programs and work with security engineers and engineering teams to classify and fix security bugs.
* Capture metrics and use data to measure impact and drive internal improvements.

What You'll Need

* 5 Minimum Years of Experience with Vulnerability Management
