The Information and Intelligence (I&I) Engineering group is looking for a Software Engineer to work on Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) imaging systems. As part of the I&I team, you will have the opportunity to create software to for advanced sensor systems. We also develop on Machine Learning solutions as they pertain to creating more actionable ISR. Most of our work is in C++, however some is in other languages as well, such as JAVA and Python

* Work and integrate various machine learning-based tools
* Implement methods and analytics in a sustainable manner
* Collaborate on multi-disciplinary teams to devise robust solutions
* Code higher order mathematics and data structures
* Create robust concise documentation

Education

* BS in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related field
* This is an entry level position, therefore, no work experience is required. However, pertinent academic project or Coop experience is a plus.

Experience/Qualifications

* At least project related experience with a graduate degree

Preferred Skills

* Experience with Linux/Unix development, administration and networking fundamentals
* Experience with Image Processing
* Experience with Computer Vision, Automated Target Recognition (ATR) or Target Tracking
* Experience with Earth remote sensing from satellite or airborne platforms
* Experience with Autonomy and Analytics
* Experience with DOD
* Design, documentation and Product Development Life Cycle experience or understanding

Competencies
